This data privacy policy applies to all products within the "with NETATMO" ranges: Céliane™, Mosaic™, Dooxie™, etc. (non-exhaustive list)

IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

All processing of personal data collected is performed under the responsibility of Legrand France.

NATURE OF DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The data that you communicate to us is required in order to supply you with the service. The absence of such data does not enable us to provide the service and does not enable use of the Solution. We take care to ensure the confidentiality of your data and remind you that you have a right to refuse all commercial prospecting ("Contact us" section).

We will keep all your data for 3 months after the deletion of your user account.

HOW THE DATA ARE PROCESSED

The personal data are processed with the help of both manual and computer tools. The sole purpose of this processing is to achieve the objectives stated with a view to ensuring data confidentiality and security.

THIRD-PARTY PARTNER SERVICES

The user may subscribe to services provided by Third-party Partner Service Providers.
The user may grant a delegation for access to data available in the LEGRAND cloud. Such subscription will be subject to acceptance of specific terms of use between the Third-party Partner Service Provider and the user. In this case, the user recognises that LEGRAND has no control over these Third-party Partner Service Providers and that LEGRAND is not responsible for data processing performed by these Third-party Service Providers.

DATA SECURITY

In accordance with applicable regulations, LEGRAND has put physical, electronic and administrative protective measures in place to protect your personal data. However, LEGRAND would like to draw the user's attention to the possible risks in terms of confidentiality of data, due to the way the Internet operates. It is the responsibility of users to implement or ensure the presence of means to secure their personal computer network, as well as to ensure proper configuration of the router connected to the Internet service provider and other wireless access methods (e.g.: WIFI, 4G, etc.).

DATA RETENTION

Personal data are retained only for the period of time necessary to complete the services and for a maximum period of 3 months after the removal of your account.
To have your data deleted you need to submit a “data removal request” in accordance with the article on Users’ Rights .

USERS’ RIGHTS

You have a right to access, amend and delete personal data pertaining to you.
You also have a right to request that the processing of your data is limited.
You may also refuse the processing of your data. In the latter case, it will no longer be possible for you to access the Solution, since operation of the Solution requires the processing of your data.
Should you so request, we may send you the personal data that you have provided to us in an easily accessible format.
In order to exercise one of these rights, you may send your request at any time (see the section "Contact us").
Requests will be handled within one month of receipt. If necessary, this deadline may be extended by two months. In such a case, we will inform you of the reasons for this extension.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, please contact us on the following number: +33 (0)825 36 03 60. If you are still dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge an appeal with the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Informatique et Libertés - CNIL).
No payment will be requested for the exercise of your rights, except in the case of a clearly unfounded or excessive request. In such a case, we also reserve the right to refuse to handle your request.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

While you are browsing, cookies are placed on your device (computer, mobile phone, tablet), subject to choices that you have expressed and that you may modify at any time by changing your settings (see the section below "Accepting or refusing cookies").

UNDER-SIXTEEN-YEAR-OLDS

Minors aged under sixteen are not the target user group of the Solution. However, access to the Solution is not confined solely to adults as it contains no content prohibited for persons under the age of 16.
The Solution does not intentionally collect or use personal information relating to persons under the age of 16. If information on a minor is collected by the Solution, his or her legal representative is able to contact the Consumer Affairs Department or the Pro Relations Department at Legrand to have such information rectified, modified or removed (see article on Users’ Rights).

As required, we will ask for your prior consent, and provide you with the necessary information.
