The Time Switch App is available through third-party distribution platforms called app stores (Google Play and Apple iTunes). Your download may require prior registration with the respective app store and installation of the app store software. Legrand GmbH has no control over the collection, processing and use of personal data in connection with your registration and down- loads in the respective app store and app store software.
The party responsible for this collection, processing and use is solely the operator of the respective app store. If necessary, please contact the respective app store provider directly for more information.

Collection of location data
The app only collects your location after your consent. Your location is used to calculate the sunrise and sunset times.
You can revoke your consent at any time. The data is not transferred to third parties.
The selected location is stored in the ARP project until it is changed again or deleted. It is not updated automatically.
The app uses the Google Maps service via an API. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Goo- gle server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this page has no control over this data transfer.
We use Google Maps to present our online offerings in an appealing manner and to make it easy for visitors to find the loca- tions provided on our website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The app on the iOS operating system embeds a map service by Apple Inc., 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California, USA 95014. Apple will not receive your IP address until you consent by using the map service.
The privacy settings can be customized under Settings > Privacy.

If your personal data are processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about your person (Art. 15 of the GDPR).
Should incorrect personal data be processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR).
If the legal requirements are met, you can request erasure of the data or restriction of the processing and lodge an objection against the processing
(Art. 17, 18 and 21 of the GDPR).
If you have consented to data processing or if there is a data processing agreement and data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may be entitled to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR).

Your request will be processed within one month of receipt. If necessary, this period may be extended by two months due to the complexity or the number of requests. In this case, you will be notified of this extension and the reasons for it within one month of receipt of the request.
No payment is required to exercise your rights, except in the case of an obviously unfounded or excessive claim. In this case, the Legrand Group reserves the right to not respond to your request.
